At $9.99 per user per month, it is not the cheapest option, but it has reduced billing errors for our team. I would recommend it to small agencies that bill by the hour.

Setup took about five minutes, and the device paired with my laptop immediately. The sound is clear in a small meeting room, even when two people speak at once. The battery lasted through three 45-minute calls before I needed to recharge. Two issues: the included USB-C cable is only 20 cm long, so I had to use my own cable at my desk. Also, the “Auto-Label” feature sometimes names files with the wrong date (my March 8 recording was saved as March 7). Customer service replied within 24 hours and suggested updating the firmware by March 20. Overall, it is a good choice for staff who must write accurate call summaries.
